Christophe Sougne is a Belgian pilot
and student in applied sciences. He is voluntary and stubborn, has a strong will along with
a good self-control... And a great talent ! The components of a future champion !
Christophe was born on the
22d of July, 1992, in
Liège. Early in his life, he enjoys sports. He plays football
at 6 years old. He leads his team up to the regional level,
winning two times the championship and then evolves up to the
provincial championship. He is a very talented stopper and at
13 he finishes the season without any defeat ! In 2006
Christophe discovers indoor karting. He starts racing and
reach regularly top results. So that in the early 2007
Philippe Sougne (his father) and Jean-François Delcour, two
motorcycle champions, launch the "PSK Racing" in order to
enable Christophe to begin an actual pilot's carreer
committing him in the "Boxer Cup Pro", a powerful 2 strokes
(125cc - 30hp) championship. In the same time, he drives in
endurance races too... He is in very good hands, Philippe and
Jean-François being very professional coaches and above all
experienced racers.

Christophe did impress many people on the
occasion of the 24h du Castellet, where he was driving with
the "IMRClub-Dutz Eyewear Team". So that one of the best
southern teams, "Elyo Bandol", requested him to integrate
their pilots pool for the next 24h du Mans, 5th race of the Euro Endurance 2008. Trainings will take place in July
at the Castellet with the Maranello-Vampire.
Christophe 's aim is now to evolve in major
karting races like the "24h du Mans", enhancing his piloting talent,
along with starting soon a racing car carreer with a fierce will to reach the
endurance GT races like the "24h de Spa-Francorchamps" and the
"24h du Mans".
